and i want a new one and i alredy have a plan so would they give me a discount on the phone i have cingular by the way please help

You will need to buy a phone at full price, or cancel the contract.brbr Maybe ask them if they have any discontinued models available, the crappy ones, at a cheap price.brbrmake sure to call your provider and let them know you lost it right away.
